After the release of FLAWLESS VICTORY EP in the summer of 2015, E-FLUENT and VICTORY THE PRODUCER were set to embark upon a tri-state tour to promote the project. But in September, a few months after the album's release, VICTORY THE PRODUCER tragically passed away.

With everything they'd worked toward together now vanished, it was the latest of crushing blows dealt to E-FLUENT within recent memory. Taking the remaining beats he had from VICTORY and turning them into songs was not going to be an easy process. This would be a bittersweet task from start to finish. Using 6 of those beats, and taking 6 of VICTORY's previously unreleased solo songs, he had an album shaping up.

What the album became is something of its own entity. Going song for song like classic mixtape format, E-FLUENT & VICTORY THE PRODUCER bring you a street album that's a decade in the making. Literally!! Some of VICTORY's solo tracks on there are around 10 years old. And the whole project has that throwback vibe to when rappers still cared about the craft.
